Do you add pricing details in the gift sets?

No we don't add any invoicing or pricing details in the gift sets.

 

I want to include a personalised message for the recipient. How do I do this?

Once you've decided on a gift set, select the options which state that the gift set is for someone else, and that you'd like to include a personalised message, then add the item to the cart. Once it's in the cart and before you checkout, navigate to the cart and you'll see the option to include a personalised message. Please include your message here. 

 

Can I send a gift set directly to the recipient?

Yes, if you'd like to send it directly to your loved one's address, ensure you enter their address as the Shipping Address, while you can enter your own address as the Billing Address. 

 

Can I track the progress of my order?

Once we've passed your order over to our courier, Royal Mail, you will be able to track its progress. This will only be possible if you include your email and phone number (or the phone number of the person expecting the order) at checkout. 

 

It's been more than 5 working days since I placed my order and I haven't received it. What should I do?

Get in contact with us either by filling out a contact form or via Instagram @tayyibagifts and we will get back to you within the day to figure out a solution. We recommend getting in touch with Royal Mail in the first instance because if we have passed your order over to them, they'll have more knowledge about its whereabouts.
